Airbnb Notification Issues: Are You Also Not Receiving Inquiries Alerts?

"Is there something wrong with Airbnb notifications? My Co host and I havent been receiving text messages nor app updates when we receive inquiries. 😕"

 

This was a post in my local host community. Have any of you been experiencing similar issues with your Airbnb notifications? Please chime in so we can determine if this is a common problem. Thank you.

Yes. It’s been a recurring issue for several years now. My recourse apart from what @Joan2709 mentioned is to switch on email and SMS notifications.

Not having issues currently in the U.S., but have had issues in the past...

 

Sometimes logging off on the App and logging back in fixes it. You can also try deleting the App on your phone and re-installing it.  Be sure you have the most current version of the App also.
