Pricing

Hello, I have been looking for somewhere to post on here as a 'suggestion' to airbnb. We are not allowed to update our prices on the calendars more than 2 years in advance, so today when I did it, I could only update prices until 24th August 2025. I have over 150 listings on airbnb so it is very hard to keep having to update them all the time. Other portals that I work with such as VRBO, when I update the prices for 2024, it gives me the option and a box to tick if I want to automatially update the monthly prices for 2025....and if you update 2025 prices instead it gives you the option of automatically updating 2026 etc. People have started to book so far in advance lately, already a lot of bookings and reservations for 2025, so why arent we allowed to update the prices for over 2 years? If someone books my property now from 18th August - 30th August 2025, the price wont be correct because I am not allowed to update my prices, so it will be on the default price - isnt there a way that airbnb can make this easier for us as I am sure I am not the only one who has numerous listings o here, and who cannot go on to update the prices daily on each property. Why cant we just have the flexibility to update them until the date or year that we want to update them to. I have had reservations for 2025 coming in from about 6 months ago almost - people have started booking their villas and holidays earlier than they used to, so I think this policy should change on airbnb now and allow us to update our prices as far in advance as we would like to

I brought this up with Aibnb in one of their workshop and upon second thought I am glad they have a cap of only 2 years ahead. With a place that changes for the better each year it is best for reservations not too get too far ahead and also it also prevents guests to 'cherry pick' the most attractive dates too far ahead. I have noticed something however, I am able to set a price (at times) on blocked future days, beyond 2 years. Strange, and happens at times.
