Problem with incorrect insights data

Hi folks

Since listing a new property three months ago, I have been able to access any of the insights data relating to the new property. We previously had a different property that was listed, but we delisted that 6 months ago, and are now in the process of deactivating it.

Does anyone have any idea about how to ensure my insights data is drawing from our newly listed property?

Thank you!

Hamish

Hi @Hamish51 ! I believe you should be able to view your performance per listing. I've found the following article on the Help Center that should explain it a bit more: https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/2500

Thanks Sybe. I believe the issue arises from the fact that although I am the primary host, only the listing owner (my partner) is able to access the insights.
This is very frustrating. Do you know any way around this?

Thank you.

@Hamish51 Just share your partners password. Of course this comes with the statutory warning that this will compromise your partners security blah blah blah.

Hah! Yes, I suspect that the quick and dirty fix is going to have to do. Thanks for sharing.
