Proof of address

Hello,

 I am new to Airbnb in general. I have a listing here in Dakar Sénégal, I hosted my first client, however Airbnb suspended my calendar due to them not able to verify the address of my location. I have sent them the location contract multiple times and they keep denying it. I have reached out to them several times and no clear answer has been given. Now I’m concerned to what exactly I should do. Please help if you have encountered the same issue. Thank you

Hi @Diamilatou0 ! Seems like there is some confusion in regards to submitting your information to Airbnb and setting up your listing.

Did you manage to get this resolved by reaching Customer Support since the time you posted?
