Hi @Bolanle10 🙂

I am new to Airbnb so maybe my suggestions are not as important as folks with more experience. Just a couple of things I could suggest. You have no photos of the exterior of the home, or a photo of the actual entrance door. While your explanation to go to the back of the house, under the deck is clear a photo may be a nice touch as well, including a night shot showing how lit up the area is.

The inside pics are nice. You too straight forward photos (none of those "fish eye" ones) that give me a feel of the real size place you have, which is VERY clean!! If you have seating in the living room other than the couch, I would picture that or add an additional chair. When my husband and I travel, we will not be sitting on a couch side by each.

The decor seems has a modern feel. The addition of floral touches either puts a female spin on the space or looks a bit out of place with the overall vibe. Personally I would get rid of every fake flower and add a bit of industrial/steampunk accents. I love a lot of the artwork, the picture in the bathroom is especially cool as is the (maybe a modern fireplace?) in the living room.

Take a new photo of the bathroom and lose the plunger next to the toilet. We know it's the s****y part of a bathroom, but don't include it in your  photos. I actually store mine under the vanity. They are telescoping and are completely enclosed.

Offering to do the linens for guests staying for a long time is a great idea. If I was going to be in town I would stay there for sure. When someone is critiquing and the major suggestion is to ditch a few fake flowers and hide a plunger, I think you did a great job!

This is very very helpful! Feedback is the breakfast of champions! I am grateful and will action these!
