Strategies to keep your house/business full

I have done other business, and I look at my calendar that is empty m, not good. So my question  what do I need to do to change that

Your place looks very nice and welcoming. Two things I noted was to take better pictures of the kitchen/cooking area. When I travel that is an important feature. There is a few photos I would take out. The one with the gazebo with the tables covered and another I think it is's the backyard? It doesn't look to inviting.$398 for cleaning seems excessive, possibly compare that as well. I do not charge a cleaning fee. 

Now going to what seems to be an ongoing discussion most of 2024 is low or lack of bookings. A few tips:

1. Have you done a comp of your competing hosts? 
2. Have you set up social media accounts for your place like FB or Instagram? Some have web pages for their place too.
3. Join your local Chamber of Commerece for tons of references. Network a lot with them.
4. Have you friends give it a heart.
5. Make calling cards, but stands for them and then go around to small businesses asking if they would keep your cards by a register. 
6. Offer discounts for certain time periods.

I truly feel the economy,  the elections coming up and the unexpected volatile weather patterns has had impacted many excellent hosts, myself included.
