Studio apartments in Valencia, spain

Hi, we are converting a property into 2 studio apartments in Valencia, Spain. Does anyone know if we need to get 2 different tourism registrations (one for each apartment) or do we just need to get 1 for both. They will be under the same cadastral reference.

Hola, estamos convirtiendo una propiedad en 2 studios en Valencia, Spain. Alguien sabe si necesitamos tramitar 2 registros turisticos con Turismo o solo uno para ambos studios. Ambos estaran bajo la misma referencia catastral.
