Very disappointed, dissatisfied, disgusted, angry with Airbnb support and specialist team for months

My condo was listed for years, and followed the requirement to obtain the license from the city for short-term rental, as usual, In May this year I submitted the short-term rent license the same as the previous year through the Airbnb hosting portal.

But this year, the system only allows me to rent for over 29 days, I called hundreds of times for help, answered either calling you back or assigning a special team, even someone pretending a manager for investigation, in 7 days, 3 days, 24 hours etc. never got responds, or repeat same in process or you need to get the approval from the city.

The city officer was angry and said we provided you with the license code which means you got the approval, our work has been completed.

A couple of times Airbnb support told me that it was a "system glitch" and that we were working on fixing it, and a manager said to me we would pay me back, But after FOUR months still not fixed and no follow-up at all.

I have all the messages in my record, as well as some personal names to show this worst experience, I decided to list to Vrbo and recommend another host to leave Airbnb which is comparatively worse than before.

None of Airbnb's messages got responded yet, since July and recently Sept.

I am still waiting for Airbnb to fix the system glitch, don't repeat the same without reading the details and investigation!!!

Maybe a more complicated issue.  It says a 9 year host with 13 reviews and currently a condo active but all dates blocked by host.

So?

Why Airbnb support getting worse? I can't reach out any one person continually follow up the issue? Even a couple managers also disappeared next day.
