Very low booking after an amazing year

hi everyone I just want to ask you some advice. I have a winter accommodation with Sauna all what is take to make a spa weekend. I am superhost. 🤩
I had an amazing first year with every weekend booked! This year 24 sept good october ok november low December was very low and until now booking for January February March.

I contacted Airbnb asking if they change something with my visibility. They say no change, but fact is that I don’t have booking.

very strange because I have only good reviews and 5 star

The price is just a little higher because of the price change in electricity in Ticino ( they will not lover it in 2025 as many other cantons) so I need help….
