2 bed rooms with attach bathroom having glass shower doors in it, 1 kitchen

1 TV room, 1 garage.   

Which amount I charge?

You should charge whatever amounts you need to achieve the profit levels you are looking for. Make sure your pricing is in line with what other hosts are charging in your location for similar properties. @Muaaz1
