My address was used to scam people who showed up to my house.

So people showed up tonight saying my address was used for their Arbnb. Clearly it's not and they were scammed. How do get this investigated. I heard Arbnb doesn't really care.

@Yvonne912 unless the scam involved a false listing on Airbnb then I can see why they would not be interested. They need to approach whatever authority in your country deals with online fraud.

Sadly there are many scammers pretending to be hosts who advertise on third party websites using false addresses. This is nothing to do with Airbnb and sadly these third party websites refuse to take down these scam listings.

If the people who turned up on your doorstep so a false listing advertised on Airbnb or you have seen your home advertised on Airbnb you can report it to them and apparently they look into it.
