New listing not appearing in search results

Hi everyone, totally new to this and need some help please 🙏

I created my listing today and it says it is now live however it is not coming up in search when selecting the right filters. Customer support told me they can see it and that it will take a while to come up in search which I do not understand as not having a review yet does not impact a search with the right filters.. thanks in advance for your help!

Don't panic it can take 24 to 48 hours for a listing to actually be viewable

Thanks @Marie8425. The reason I asked is because I got a message saying your listing is now live and the customer service lady said it was definitely live too. So very strange that it is live but it does not come up in searches. I will wait tomorrow and see if it is sorted. Thank you!

Hey Caren

If you're using incognito mode to search for your listing, it's unlikely to show up right away, especially if it’s brand new.

One way to view it is by clicking on your listing, then scrolling to the very bottom and selecting "View." Another option is to create a custom link (found at the bottom of the listing edit page).

Once it’s set up, just copy and paste that link into a new browser window, and you should be able to view your listing.
