to be honest how to get more bookings

Hello, I was hoping that someone could help me with getting more bookings for my new cabin on Airbnb. We thought that making a cabin with a theme was a start but after the 3 initial promotional hits I have no other bookings. I understand that there is a lot of cabins in my area for the hocking hills area. We have joined with membership to Hocking Hills Tourism, we have placed rack cards to draw people to our location. I have juggled with the price. So far I have had one guest from Airbnb and one from VRBO. I like Airbnb best and was hoping that it would be enough so I could drop VRBO. Any suggestion would be great and thank you for helping me to grow

✅ Use Airbnb Tools Fully: Turn on Smart Pricing (with a sensible minimum), add special offers, enable Instant Book, and keep your calendar up to date.

✅ Get First Few Reviews Fast: Offer a slight discount and encourage friends/family to book through Airbnb (authentically) and leave honest reviews.

✅ Engage in Community: Post updates and engaging content about your cabin on social media and link to your Airbnb listing. Instagram and local Facebook groups can work wonders.

✅ Optimize Your Listing: Use clear headlines, detailed amenities, and highlight anything unique (like views, pet-friendly, firepit, etc.).
