What should I improve about my listing?

@Xenio2 I’ll be brutally honest. Rental looks drab and carpet looks either old or not really clean. I recommend repainting walls a pleasing, neutral color and hanging at least 2 pieces of framed artwork and a mirror. Also, bed covering could be more pleasing.

The tiny table appears to serve as an eating area, desk, and microwave stand. Remove place settings and microwave from table.

There’s no seating area. Get a comfy chair with small end table. Also get a nightstand and lamp for side of bed where AC unit is so that bed doesn’t have to be setup against it. 

Then, if you can make these adjustments, do some research of your area. You may can increase your nightly rate.
