When I help newcomers post their ad on the platform I ask them to imagine themselves as travelers to know what they like to find when traveling with Airbnb.
I recommend you do this.
Here are some suggestions for improvement to encourage you to optimize your ad.
1/ your photographs can be more inspiring. In the living room: set the table for a breakfast, it shows the potential and it's warm.
In the bedroom a bedside lamp, additional throws on the beds would be welcome.
A green plant would bring life to the whole.
2/ caption your photos with keywords so that the Airbnb algorithm makes your ad stand out better in the search results.
3/ Complete your Airbnb host profile with information and anecdotes, it is a showcase for your activity.
4/ essential: add one or two photos of the closest tourist sites and indicate the distance from the apartment: large market 10 minutes by bike...
