I was excited to try the new categories option for my listing as our rental property is near a national park and that is the main reason people book my property.  It is a 15 minute drive and after choosing the category "within 1 hour drive of a national park", all of a sudden there appeared a statement "1 hour drive to Waterton Lakes National Park" on my listing right on the front page.  I went back in and removed all of the categories and the statement is still there.  It is affecting my reservations and I have contacted Airbnb several times about this problem and they tell me different things: update my address (which is correct), provide coordinates of latitude, send them a picture of the listing blah blah blah... and of course it will all take a few days so we will close the ticket.  A few days go by and nothing has changed and now it has been over a month with several calls to support with no progress.  Has anyone else had this issue and can offer me some suggestions?  How do you get an issue beyond the front line of support because it is obviously beyond what they can fix?

Hi @Hali3756

There are hosts who have listings next to the ocean, but get a call-out such as (for example) "10 minutes' walk to the beach". It seems the beach is a very specific point on the map (such as the main swimming area with lifeguards), so a listing can touch the sand but be classified as 10 minutes away from the actual beach.

In your case, the point may be the park's main entrance gate, or some important feature inside the park (you know the area and may be able to figure out where it's measuring to).

I'm just mentioning this, in case it helps you to explain to Support what the issue is.
