changing cover picture

Since the new update i cant figure out how to change my cover picture. I want to put the front of my house as my cover picture in the search results and cant figure how to do this

From the photo tour, select all photos. Now, you can select the photo you’d like to make your cover photo, then select Make cover photo.

That doesn't work.  I don't have a make cover photo option anymore....

Follow what @Patricia2526 said.......go to your photo tour, click All Photos, click Manage Photos then drag the photo you want to be your cover into the 1st position.

I have done this long ago but the wrong picture still appears as the cover on my listing.

This is a known bug with the Rooms category. Although, if you ask Airbnb, they say it's working they way it should as they want a bedroom photo as your cover photo in the rooms category.

To correct this, delete the photo that is currently showing as the cover photo. Make whatever photo you want as your new cover photo. Then add the photo you deleted back to the photo tour.

You'll have to keep checking and do this repeatedly, as apparently Airbnb uses a bot to re-do this periodically and put a bedroom photo as your cover photo automatically.

I will try this. The opposite is happening though. Airbnb keeps using the living room as the cover photo. I will delete the photo and add again later. Hopefully this will work. Thank you Joan2709!

I am having trouble with this too. I have selected a particular cover photo and it says “cover” but when I go to my listing the wrong picture still shows up. Ever since a professional photographer was out here in 2023 the listing has never accepted what I choose for a cover photo. I really think there must be some kind of glitch.
