second property with Airbnb - no reviews. How do I increase guest finding it

I have a second property with Airbnb - no reviews.
Since it is very new, it does not show up when you try to find it in the listings.

I want to send an email to my former guests from the 1st property- how can I refer to this new property in an email on the airbnb site so that people can find it and book it.

Emailing your previous guests won't affect the listing's position in search results, and you'll have to decide for yourself whether it really makes sense as a promotion strategy.
