@Ofelia20 The only star rating that is counted for Superhost evaluation is the "Overall" star rating. This rating is not an amalgam or average of all the other star ratings- it is a separate rating which guests are given to mark. So you could have a guest who left 5*s in all the subcategories, like cleanliness, accuracy, etc, but then left a 4* Overall rating (which drives hosts crazy, as it doesn't make sense, but sometimes guests thought something could have been better that's not covered in the other categories, like maybe they didn't find the bed comfortable, or else they just don't understand how to rate properly, or think you should only leave 5*s if it's like a Four Seasons hotel).
Only that 4* Overall rating will be counted for Superhost, not the 5* ratings they left you in all the other categories.
Frustrating, but that's how it works.
