Apparently, the leaders of this company think that the hosts qualms were with the policy of letting guests cancel.
I’m not sure if they are pretending to be this stupid, or if they are just patronizing us at this point.
WE AREN’T MAD THAT YOU ALLOWED GUESTS TO CANCEL. WE’RE MAD THAT YOU MADE THE HOSTS PAY FOR IT ALMOST EXCLUSIVELY!!!!!
I can think of several ways off the top of my head that Airbnb could have implemented THE SAME POLICY WITHOUT PUTTING THE COST ON THE HOSTS!!!!!
I can’t believe the nerve of the leaders of this company.
