Employer STATE ID Number: where can I find California's?

Where can hosts in California find their Employer State ID Number, aka ESIN.  Its an 8-digit number required to file for unemployment benefits under the corornavirus stimulus package.  NOTE:  its the STATE number that is needed, not the Airbnb Tax ID Number.
