レビューがない時、へこんでしまいます。

今年からホストを始めました超初心者です！

よろしくお願いいたします！

ホストをしていてゲストに喜んでもらう事にこちらも楽しみになっている中、ゲストとのコミュニケーションもいい感じで、喜んでいただけてると思っても、レビューは書いていただけないゲストに出会うと、その度にへこんでしまいます。

あの喜び方はなんだったかな？

気を使ってもらってたかな？と。

それは普通のことでしょうか?

書いてもらえなくても、こちらのレビューは書いた方がいいのでしょうか？

I try to always write reviews because it helps other hosts in the future. 

I have a saved template message that I used to send to guests when they hadn’t completed a review after a week. Just explaining how important it is for hosts and  to help future guests choose the right accommodation. It had about a 90% success rate.

Hosts rely on guests to provide reviews - if we don’t get enough reviews, we don’t get Superhost status. Reviews and the Superhost badge are used by guests to help them find the best places.

It would mean a lot to me, and future guests, if you completed a review for your recent trip.
