1 Star review after guests half way into stay leave because of camera

My guest was very pleasant during arrival conversation. Loved my home was so glad to be staying then 12 days in when husband joined her demeanor changed,  she covered outdoor camera, Left sliding door wide open & unlocked when not at property and AC running to keep up, my home is in Sarasota Florida the humidity inside was same as outside. Then covers area with sheets hanging from ceiling fan. There is a privacy screen setting on this camera to allow guests privacy. I hadn’t heard anything from her since arrival then she messaged the home temp is uncomfortable ( wonder why?)  and pool is cold. I had my house manager go over to address her concerns he noticed camera was covered. Told her she’s in violation of house rules and door was open.I had pool heat turned on which isn’t included in rental during the time she was there. She and husband left the next evening they we’re almost half way in there reservation and wanted a refund which I didn’t do there was nothing wrong with property. I have cameras listed everywhere possible and you must agree to all rules and other things and rental agreement prior to and at booking. Now She written a 1 star review based on camera which she agreed to at booking.  I know received an email that my star rating dropped after a low review.  I had contacted Airbnb as soon as my house manager notified me. I also called 30 minutes prior to this email to contest her review. Now I’m being threatened to have my listing removed  and lowered. I’m a super host with mostly 5 star reviews how can they punish me when I haven’t done anything wrong. I followed all there rules. How does one guest ruin my business so effortlessly!??

How have other Hosts dealt with this??

Reviews are only removed by Airbnb if they violate the Airbnb review policy.

Which is not the case here. The review you wrote for the guest is has the same content as the comment on the guest's review. The main concern of the guest seems to be a security camera in the pool area. I can understand guests feel uncomfortable even if "privacy screen" is activated (which can  not be checked by the guest) . But you do not address this concern at all in the comment ! It's about "our rules you agreed to". Therefor i fear your comment on the review is of even more damage then the review itself.
