21 or 30 day Cancellation Policy? Different policies for different seasons?

Moderate is to moderate and strict is to strict.  Would  love to see something between the two policies.  Maybe a 21 or 30 day policy or the option to create my own?   I just got the ability to use the new strict/non refundable option so I am going to give it a try.   It would also be extremely helpful if I had the ability to change the cancellation policies based on seasons or dates.  In a resort town I can re-book a week a lot easier in the summer time opposed to the winter.  I could have a more flexible cancellation policy in summer then I could in the off season.  Anyone else agree or heard anything in the pipeline that may be coming out?

@Richard1989 I agree seasonal policies would be nice.

By the way - Don't be fooled by the non-refundable strict policy. It is still subject to Airbnb's Extenuating Circumstances policy so you may well get people cancelling and getting all their money back.
