3rd party bookings - How would you respond

Dear Community Centre,

I am interested in how you would respond to the following enquiry:

Dear XXX

I would like to book your place for my 86 year old mother as she cannot cope with registering on Airbnb (or frankly anything on a computer!). She would be dropped off by my brother late on the Sunday night (11-12pm) and picked up again on the Friday morning.
I realise that 3rd party bookings are not strictly allowed but hope you will be make an exception.

@Mike-And-Jane0  At least the fellow host knows the rules which is a good start.  I had a similar booking from a daughter (not a host) booking for her mother.  I asked her to add her 70 year old mother’s details to the booking and also asked for her mobile number and email address.  I put all communication on Airbnb messages and sent screenshots to mothers email and also by text so everyone was in the ‘loop’.  It all worked well and I felt quite comfortable about it.
