A business that has booked with me for an employee

HI,

Can anybody help?  I have an HR Manager of a local business has sent me a booking using her profile.  But the booking is for an employee that is new to the area.  The employee has contacted me on linkedin to introduce himself!  Will this invalidate my insurance if I take the booking like this.  I am comfortable with both parties, but am worried about it jeopardizing my account with AirBnB, my insurance and also to get consent to my 'house rules' from a person (the HR Manager on the booking) who is not coming.

Sounds like the booking was completed by a registered business representative which is an allowable third party on this platform.  Just to confirm, send a message to the booking representative that confirms the registration and request that the actual guest be added to the Air BNB platform so you can keep the messaging on the platform.  Might be helpful for you to read the Help Center articles about the registered business representative.  Hope this helps.
