A guest who shows up 2 hours past checkin, makes up fictitious lies about other people staying in the listing and army ants all over the bed. All lies. then wanted a refund

I am having a hard time with dishonest guests.  They are totally fabricating aspects of my listing.  I did not trust the last one that came right when I met him.  He brought an unregistered guest.  I made hime and her food  as they were arriving 2 hours past the time they promised.

They lied about army ants in the bed.  There were non.  They lied about other people staying in the 2nd bedroom.  There were none.

It took  6 reps from Air b n b  to resolve this situation.  The first 5 said there was nothing they could do and the one star review  was set in stone.

There is noting in the community guide lines preventing a guest from seriously exaggerating  a minor problem or full on lying about it.

I asked 4 of the 5 reps and they could not find any place  where it stopped guests from doing that.

2 years ago  I found Air b n b to be upset with me because I gave the guest $20 back in cash because they claimed that the hot tub was 103 degrees and not 105 degrees.

This is getting more and more of a problem

thanks for listening.

@David122

I did not see the recent bad review on your profile related to the issue you mentioned in your post.

BTW

I saw another bad review (includes a long comment), but it was related to another subject ("painting").
