A question about super host

Is 4.8 stars have to >=4.8? How about the average stars of last 12 months is 4.795? Is that qualify? Thanks!

@Z-2 The rules of mathematics says an average of 4.795 will round up to 4.8 so you should achieve Superhost status.

If you go to insights and then Superhost does it say you are on track?

@Mike-And-Jane0 Thanks for reply! It do show 4.8. I know it is little less than that like 4.7956 by calculating. I am not sure if they just round up or just use machine to compare as (greater or equal). I was hit hard by two guests of my sound front house. One is 3 stars (unexpectedly complain outside bug and seagulls, not mentioned that at all while staying), another give me 2 stars (complain the house is too old and front porch bugs and no screens on my sunroom window, I felt bad after found out him calling Airbnb, so I didn’t check on him as I usually do. so he know I am unhappy with him, he gave me review also said drive way is unsafe which is not true). Also after both reviews, one guest of this house told she will give a Strong review (public is good) but only give me 4 stars. Now I don’t have any Airbnb guest for now. One week ago, I got a reservation but gets canceled because of their visiting friends get COVID. Airbnb give me messages asked if  I could refund them all. I agreed, that’s what I will I generally do anyway. Now I don’t have Airbnb guest for now to year end. I hope I will get some. But not sure. Hope Airbnb will just round up the number. Thanks!

The formula is "greater or equal than 4.8". On my first evaluation I couldn't reach superhost with 4.79
