Hi, I'm Sergio from Colombia, I need an email address or phone number to contact Airbnb support because my guests arrived 10 days ago and I haven't received payment yet.

@Sergio1323  There is a post right at the top of this Help forum you just posted on that tells you how to contact Airbnb.

I need help.  My case has been 2 days ago, still can't get response from Airbnb to resolve my problem.  Money has auto deduct from my credit card and transferred bank in to other 3 hosts that I didn't stay in at all. When I request to refund back the money, it suddenly stuck at there, and still cant get refund from Airbnb? I really need the money back to pay back the card holder.
