AIRBNB canceled reservation, blocked listing and wrote "Canceled by host"

A guest reserved one of our listings -  LUX TOWN HOUSE (a part of house with common patio and back yard as per the detailed description). As the guest arrived he found that patio and back yard is in common use by other guests. He asked whether we do not mind if he does not check in as he did not understand the listing outside area was common. We did not mind his cancellation. Next day we found the guest complained the listing was shared with other guest !)). We wrote explanation that only outside area was shared as per the description and did not understand why guest wrote it. For the period of expected stay of the guest this listing was blocked by AIRBNB and we saw message "reservation was cancelled by host". AIRBNB is clearly abusing all the rules! We asked for explanations but did not receive any explanations. It very low standards. We claim from the AIRBNB full refund for the blocked listing reservation for which we NEVER CANCELLED for that guest

It seems you are the co-host of the listing(s), so the "cancelled" message is on the profile of the host. When looking at the listing the description section is filled with a lot of  information about the area and other not really helpfull information, like:

"Do you like a nice relaxing stay and comfort? ... You will surely get more value than usual?
With us you get more than expected ...

Moreover, we apply paternalistic approach, and try to give everyone exactly what she or he loves and appreciates. Wishes of the guest are very important for us."

Can you point out where in the listing it is mentioned the patio and backyard are common/shared spaces ?

@Sergii17  I don't know why it went down as a host cancellation, but I see the same thing that Emiel mentioned- nowhere is it made clear what spaces are private for your guests and which areas are shared. 

I woukd really have little idea of what you are renting, and your description says many of the same things repetitively, and are not a proper description.
