sorry to post it here. I am desperate. My Airbnb app has not worked on my S10 for 2 months

Have you tried deleting the app and reinstalling it @Bobbie32 ?

I uninstalled. wipe the cache. reinstalled. no changes

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with the app on your device. Have you tried what @Helen3 suggested? 

 

Could you let me know what firmware version you are on, have you updated to the latest version of app and do you have an SD card in your device?

I have version 9. wipe cache. uninstalled and reinstalled many times. no results. I do have SD card
