After Coronavirus outbreak, I and Landlord agreed on partial refund. What to do now?

I booked an AirBNB in Croatia for 8 people but since most of us are coming from an Italian region which is severely affected by Coronavirus, we decided to cancel our trip (that was due for this weekend). I agreed with the Landlord for a partial refund, but since I paid to AirBNB and not directly to him, we are not sure what should we do next. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance

This is a good question @Matteo516  especially when uncertain about travel due to the virus.  Your next step is to cancel the booking with Air BNB.  Air BNB will process refund according to the cancellation policy.  If only a partial refund is due and the host wants to add to the refund, the host can do that after the check in day when he is funded for the booking.  Right now he does not have the money as you apparently realize.  Good luck and I hope you and your family remains healthy.
