Hi,
I have been a AirBNB host for 5 years, have 4 properties and am currently a SuperHost.
The email from AirBNB was from a Barry and he sent it to me moments before his weekend started and asked to call me in 4 days time.
I have had returning guests reach out to me and say they cant book because my calendar is all greyed out.
I have tried to speak to AirBNB on chat and over the phone and they say they cant put me in touch with the particular team.

I have used cameras on the exterior of the property for 5 years and have followed AirBNB's guidelines and its shown on the Health & Safety & Ameneties page, see all screenshots here https://twitter.com/icepicknz/status/1421993843742834688 . I also advise guests on booking confirmation about the cameras and again 4 days before checkin with the checkin instructions.
I have essentially been suspended and cant take bookings; I have $80k of future bookings that are currently at risk because someone decided that I'm doing something bad when I;m not, the equivalent of being put in jail without any proof; considered guilty until proven innocent.
