How interesting. So deaths have to occur before Airbnb will raise the minimum age for locals booking and then only disallow it in places where there have been shootings? And if they have a positive review, which hosts are well aware can't always be trusted, they will still be allowed to book? And a 26 year old can book the place with a bunch of 17 year olds on the booking? Why am I not surprised.

However, it is a step in the right direction, even though it's all about bad press, rather than respecting a host's judgement about whether a reservation feels risky.
