Airbnb App not working iPhone XR iOS 14.4.2

My Airbnb app is not working on my iPhone XR iOS 14.4.2. When I open the app it just shows a gray Airbnb logo. I deleted it from my Home Screen to try to reload, and now it will not reload from the App Store or even from the website! I am having to use my browser on my phone every time I need to access my information. Any ideas? Are any of you having the same problem? 
I tried the suggestions on You Tube and they have not worked. I also called Airbnb and they said to give it 24 hours and see if it starts working. It hasn’t. 🙁
