iPhone app freezes on iOS 14.5.1

I try to open and it freezes in a white screen with the logo. I deleted and reinstalled several times. Just work the fist time I open it, the next time it freezes. I will be traveling and I will need my phone to keep contact with my host and follow directions.

I had a similar issue last year on my android, the trick I used was this

Turn off your phone (not a reset) 

Turn it on, Uninstaller the app Turn off the phone

Wait 2-3 minutes then turn it back on, and install the app. 

Turn the phone off again before opening the app. 

Wait 2-3 more minutes, Turn the phone back on. 

Wait for 2-3 more minutes and then open the app. 

It's worked for me a few times why this series of procedures makes it work I don't know but it works,  vest of luck to you.
