Airbnb Canada (Ontario) Age restrictions?

Hi there, 

I am new to hosting on Airbnb (as of June 2021) and I'm very confused regarding this under 25 rule?

We have a  full cottage that we rent out in Ontario

1. If a guest is under 25, are we notified? Is there somewhere we can see it in the reservation? The only time I have ever seen "under 25" is when a guest sends a request to book. In the email i receive it says "under or over 25"

2. Airbnb support has told me in Canada guests under 25 are not allowed to book full properties. What does this mean? Does it just mean they have to send a request to book? Is this waived if they have good reviews? How exactly does this work
