Loss of business due to unforeseen maintenance issues

Dear Quincy

I had a booking 2nd-5th August but due to the shower breaking down and a loss of showering facilities the guests did not visit. The payment was still taken as they did not actually cancel and I have fully reimbursed them. I am wondering whether it would be possible to be reimbursed for the fee taken from air b&b given that I didn't actually receive any custom. I can evidence the shower not working. If you have a issue not being able to host the guest, then YOU need to cancel the reservation and the guest will receive full refund (Including Airbnb Guests Service fee)

Yu need to contact Airbnb to correct this.
