Airbnb Experience that is trespassing

How do you report and Airbnb experience that is trespassing on your private property?  I have called in (1-855-424-7262) every single day for a week now. I get the same story each time.  They all tell me they will escalate it and someone will get back with me within 24 hours. Absolutely no one ever follows up.  I have numerous emails to support then they just stop responding.  Last response is always "this has been escalated someone will follow up within 24 hours".  

This is unacceptable.  First they gave me a disconnected 800 number to call (1-855-635-7754).  Then I was told to report in on the neighbors section which you cannot  because it is an experience and not a sleeping situation so the form doesn't accept the link as valid.  You are just caught in this endless circle of Airbnb not doing anything.  Then every single time I call they will "escalate the call".  It is all lip service. I Googled their legal department as it appears the only option I have at this point is to sue Airbnb to remove the fraudulent listing as ABSOLUTELY NO ONE from Airbnb will follow up. I have provided extensive documentation to prove the experience is trespassing.  The only legal part of the "experience" is where the guests park their vehicles.

I cannot be the only person who as dealt with this kind of situation.  My move is to contact a news agency and let them embarrass Airbnb unless someone can point me in the right direction.

@Heath1300 if someone were repeatedly trespassing on my property I would call the police.

@Heath1300 Its doubtful that you will get a response from customer service if your not a guest and even if you did they wouldn't know how to help you. I agree, that you should call the police.

Police have been called.  Person has been notified by me and the police.  They continue to do it.  I am guessing my only true recourse is going to have to involve taking legal action against Airbnb but that is going to cost me money I shouldn't have to spend.  Airbnb is continuing to promote this illegal, trespassing experience. They should remove the experience from their site.

@Heath1300 yes they should, but they probably won't. I think you will need to concentrate on the person actually doing the trespassing, not their advertising service.
