Credit where it's due when ABB Customer Services msg comes on expect an automated msg telling you there's around a 2 hour wait, alas when I rang them in the last couple of days the phone was picked up and query answered within 30 minutes.
Guess it depends what time one calls how quick they answer.
As an aside, would you please be able to let us know when your friend can access their account if various dates are blocked from being booked on listings where they show as available on people's calendars as it appears dates may be blocked by ABB without consultation which is very annoying and disruptive.
