I have been experiancing response time problems with Airbnb UK customer service since Dec 24th which is almost 32 days ago . Surely they have published SLA's in rectifying problems . I keep getting told the issue has to go to '"A special team" for resolution 32 days is unaccpetable in my opinion. Has anyone else had similar problems and a silution or a number for anyone in authority in Aribnb in the UK ?
