Airbnb deleted my account while guest was staying and they wont pay me $1200 should i call the police

I had to create another account just to get in contact with you! I FEEL ROBBED I FEEL LIKE AIRBNB ROBBED ME I WANT TO GET MY LAWYER INVOLVED! You deleted my account while a guest was staying and didnt pay me over 1,200 worth! A GUEST BROKE MY TOILET AND YOU DELETED MY ACCOUNT BECAUSE YOU DIDNT WANT TO FIX IT! THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I cant get a call a email a answwer it has been 48 hours!! I have a guest at my home what happened why is this happening?will i get paid for this person staying???

I have reached out on social media! IVE CONTACTED AIRBNB BY PHONE OVER 6 times no resolution! I have emailed multiple airbnb emails no return! I HAVE A GUEST STAYING IN MY HOUSE NOW! AS WE SPEAK YOU GUYS LOCKED MY ACCOUNT FOR NO REASON I AM A GREAT HONEST HOST! MY GUEST LOVE ME! What is going on??? I cant even get an answer this is the worst experience of my life. Did you lock my account because you dont want to help me with a guest who broke my toilet? Whats is it i am very concerned at this point it had never took airbnb this long to reach out to me!!! It has been over 24 hours i have guest in my home i dont even know if their ok i cant even contact them!!! I HAVE A NOTHER GUEST CHECKING IN TODAY I CANT EVEN UPDATE THEM!! THIS IS HORRIBLE??? AM I EVEN GOING TO GET PAID FOR THIS GUEST THATS IN MY HOUSE FOR A WEEK!!! I dont see a payout or anything my whole account is locked!!! ** they locked my account i don’t know why i am a great host! I have been calling all day and emailing no response. They said they will email me when they can. I have guest staying in my home. I cant get in contact with them or anything because my account is locked. THIS IS NOT SAFE AT ALL I HOPE EVERYBODY IS OK!! And i have a guest checking in my other place tomorrow morning i hope this dont effect their plans. I am so afraid for my guest. Please help me i dont want a bad review all because my account is locked for no reason!!! This is disturbing i am on vacation and i cant sleep

when they answer the phone they said they cant help they can only tell them to email me. I haven’t received a email yet please help me!

This has to be a mistake on airbnb end my guest love me they even tip me i have great reviews i don’t understand why this happen to me.

@Sosa5  Try to calm down. This isn't Airbnb customer service, this is a discussion forum for hosts and guests.

It has unfortunately become quite common for Airbnb to suspend hosts' listings simply based on a guest's complaint. You aren't the only host this has been happening to.

You will need to deal patiently and persistently with Airbnb- if your post here is any indication of how you have been communicating with them, I'm not surprised they aren't talking to you.

Meanwhile, you have gone on vacation without leaving anyone in charge of your rental? Someone who can go there and deal with the guest in residence and the incoming guests?

You should always make a note of upcoming guests' phone numbers so you can get in touch if it isn't possible through the platform.

You need to stop freaking out and figure out how you are going to best deal with this. I don't know what you think the police would have to do with any of this.
