Airbnb find a new way to to fail hosts

Forget what cancellation policy’s you have in place, if a guest wishes to cancel their booking and contacts their bank for a charge back Airbnb will honour it and once again take the side of the guest and offer a full refund. This is after a year of receiving emails describing us hosts as their business partners and commuting to work together.

why?

No hosts = no air bnb. We are now looking at different platforms to advertisement properties woth, after the last year expected more from air bnb over this .
