Airbnb guests worse than VRBO?

Want to get a feel for other hosts' experiences...I have guests from both Airbnb and VRBO. I had complaints or issues with 3 of them  - all from Airbnb. Is anyone else noticing that Airbnb guests are worse in general than other channels?

Hi Daphne, haven't hosted on VRBO.  Does VRBO cancel bookings and refund money to guests like Airbnb did for Covid19? Which one charges more/less fees to hosts?

We are seeking another platform.  Thanks for answering.
