We had a guest cancel the day of arrival and airbnb authorized a full refund without our permission. We had one human call us and we clearly stated we did not authorize this and want to speak to a manager. We were told as long as the case is open, we would not see the refund charged against us however it has been 7 weeks and they just took the refund out of our profits. Has anybody else been treated this way? We are a super host about to list another properly but considering to take our homes to verbo or somewhere else.
