How much of a deposit do travelers pay when they book a reservation for example next January. Do they pay the whole thing now or do they fear deposit now in the balance later? Where are the settings to determine these things Latest reply by Emiel1

Greetings, We recently changed our Cancellation Policy from "Flexible" to "Strict with non-refundable" and we haven't had 1 new booking since. I was wondering if the "Strict with non-refundable" is a turn off to guests? Have any other hosts find their boo... Latest reply by Lorna170
