Hello Hosts! Called support to ask they call guest to see if reservation could be resuscitated or cancel guest for not following house rules. Was told it was escalated and I would receive a call in 15-20 minutes, that was two days ago. Received no response from Airbnb. Same guest, next night more house rules broken and we again called for support. Was told again call was escalated and they would call in 30 minutes. That was yesterday and guest said they are leaving. Their check-out was today. Still no response from Airbnb. Have messaged both of their threads that we have not received a response. Anyone else experiencing no support? Awaiting bad review from guest for asking them to not break our rules. Where can I go for help, any and all suggestions appreciated?!
