I have been demanding Management contact me for guest damages, system malfunctions, unauthorized refunds and the list goes on and on. I've already blasted them twice on Twitter. no one will respond and if you try a dialogue on Airbnb it automatically closes because " looks like you've already contacted them and they're going to combine it with your other messages". But, of course you can't find this thread and therefore can't actually respond to it. I have thousands of dollars worth of damage and they are completely ignoring me right now. This has gone on for over 2 weeks!!
