Alleged automated guest communication regarding cancellation Covid19

Hello.

Has anybody else experienced this ?

We have had guests referring to 'incidence in  'named town = our place'.  When we questioned the source of this news about an 'incidence in named town' they quoted AirBnB. It appears that in the communication to guests the place is automatically inserted to warn of 'an incidence in town x' . If this is the case this is highly irresponsible spreading of false news and panic. It is correct to refer to the pandemic  in this correspondence but the listing of specific places as having an ' incidence ' without any evidence for this is reckless.
