Amazing Customer Service- Kryss

I recently had a concern that a 5 star guest review showed on my profile, but not as "travelling", so not public.  I was fortunate to get a CS rep named Kryss.  He has been absolutely fantastic, asked questions and is actively working to resolve the tech issue.  What a pleasure he is to work with.  I hope that Airbnb hires more CS reps like him.

Thanks all.  Just as a follow-up, the Customer Service Ambassador called me tonight, hoping I would answer the phone.

 

This gentleman gave me a full and complete resolution, easily explained.

 

Very simple once explained.  The guest posted the review in Quebec French.  Reviews get posted first by language of reviewer and then by date.  So in this case, all the English reviews appeared first (because my language is English), by date and then next are the French (and other languages) reviews by date.  Hope this helps and makes sense.

 

Kudos to the efforts, dedication and professionalism he presented!  I think we both learned a lot.

@Fred13 @M199 Its really good to see when Customer Support get plaudits rather than the usual brick bats. Let's hope the post Covid hiatus is finally settling down in the world of Airbnb Customer Support.
